Most Nexus Technology products are designed with a hardware adapter to connect to industry standard
buses. However, there are applications where a standard
connector is not available or there is a desire to directly probe the target board. These applications are referred to as embedded.
Almost all buses and bus variants that we support (including our DDR3,
DDRII, DDR, PCI-X, PCI, and others) are available for use in
embedded applications. Our embedded products offer
everything that the standard product would include minus the adapter
board. This would typically include: software for the Tektronix
logic analyzer, a manual, and a recommended or required pinout of
the bus' signals to Tektronix probe footprints.
