Logic Analyzer Probing Accessories
The following products are adapters, probe testers and probe modification kits. In general, the adapters can be categorized as follows: right-angle adapters, break-out adapters, inter-probe mating adapters and/or flying lead adapters. The probe tester can quickly test a large variety of Tektronix logic analyzer probes. Our probe modification kit allows for back-to-back probing using P68xx Series probes.

*P6860: P6419 probes can be used in place of P6860 probes. P6419 probes are versions of the P6860 probes for the TLA7L/M/N/P or Q family of modules. Please remember that P6860 probes have two probe heads for a total of 34 channels whereas the P6419 probes have only a single probe head and, therefore, half as many channels as the P6860.
P68xx (Compression) Back-to-Back Probing Kit
NEX-2X-PROBE
Reduce the circuit board area needed to probe 34 channels of
data by 50% using Tektronix Compression Series logic analyzer
probes (P6860, P6880, P6864, P6418) and
NEX-2X-PROBE. This probe modification kit provides the
hardware needed to easily change the retention mechanisms of Tektronix
Compression Probe Series logic analyzer probes to allow for
back-to-back probing. Using this kit reduces the area needed to
probe 34 channels by allowing two, 17-channel, probe heads to be
placed on opposite sides of the board while still using the same
retaining holes. The NEX-2X-PROBE can modify
eight P6860, P6880, P6864, or P6419 compression probe heads.

NEX-PROBETESTER2 board and a TLA.
This tester is capable of testing all 32 data channels of a
probe along with both of its clock/qualifier channels.
