NEX-DDR266RWM

Mirrored DDR Interposer & Software

The NEX-DDR266RWM is a mirrored version of the NEX-DDR266RW that places the DDR socket and probe footprints on the solder side of the board. Since the NEX-DDR266RW places the DDR socket and probe footprints on the component side of the adapter, the NEX-DDR266RW and NEX-DDR266RWM can both be used in a target at the same time without mechanical interference. This provides the ability to simultaneously monitor two, adjacent DDR slots in a design.

The NEX-DDR266RWM allows for acquisition of Address/Command, Read and Write Data of 184-pin, Unbuffered or Registered DDR 266 (or less) DIMMs. Supports PC1600/PC2100 (DDR-200, DDR-266).

The NEX-DDR266RWM adapter is an impedance controlled, matched trace-length interposer design and does not require a dedicated slot. The logic analyzer connects above the normal DIMM height so that there is no interference with adjacent DIMMs.

Pre-defined Symbols for easy Trigger Setup for the following Command Cycles: Read Col Address Read, Write Col Address Write, Mode Register Set, Row Address Strobe, No Operation, Ignore Command Data, Burst Stop, Refresh, Precharge, and Precharge Select Bank.

System Requirements

  • DDR 266MT/s Read and Write Acquisition Requires
    • TLA Application Software V3.2 or later
      • Three, merged, 200MHz state speed acquisition modules (TLA7L/M/N/P or Q)

Alternate configurations supported by this product allow for the acquisition of DDR read or write data or for speeds less than DDR 266MT/s can be found in the manual.
