DDR (DDR1) SODIMM Family of Products

200-pin, Unbuffered, DDR SDRAM SODIMM support for Tektronix logic analyzers can acquire DDR Read and Write data at speeds ranging from DDR-200 to DDR-333. Supporting PC-1600/PC-2100/PC-2700 (DDR-200, DDR-266, DDR-333).

SODIMM DDR targets are often difficult to probe with a logic analyzer due to the restricted mechanical clearance around the SODIMM connector(s). Nexus Technology pioneered a Rigid/Flex/Rigid design that not only fits in a large variety of mechanically tight targets but also provides excellent signal fidelity. This design is standard for all our SODIMM products.

DDR-333 Support

Supporting PC1600/PC2100/PC2700, DDR-333 support comes with an interposer and analysis software capable of acquiring state (synchronous) data at a maximum DDR data rate of 333MT/s.

8GHz Timing Analysis is standard on every DDR channel.

DDR-266 Support

Supporting PC1600/PC2100, SODIMM DDR-266 support is available for customers using the Tektronix TLA7L/M/N/P or Q modules and P6434 (mictor) probes. Each support comes with an interposer and analysis software capable of acquiring state (synchronous) data at a maximum DDR data rate of 266MT/s.

2GHz timing analysis is standard on every DDR channel.
