Nexus Technology DDR2 Validation Family for Tektronix

The second generation of Double-Data-Rate SDRAM provides twice the data rate of DDR, twice the relative bus latencies and twice the maximum module (DIMM) size. Nexus Technology products enable quick and easy digital validation of all speeds of DDR2.

DDR2 validation requires a method of connection to the logic analyzer or oscilloscope and a suite of software to assist in the setup and analysis of the acquired data. All Nexus products come with advanced software for quick and easy setup. For digital validation using a Tektronix logic analyzer, protocol decode, DDR2 data eye analysis and protocol violation software come standard.
