Nexus Technology is proud to announce the industry's first DDR3-1600 validation DIMMs designed to be used with an oscilloscope. These products leverage off of our successful logic analyzer DDR3 NEXVu VDIMM product line and allow a quick and easy connection between a DDR3 DIMM and an oscilloscope.
Standard NEXVu VDIMM Features
A Quick and Easy Connection to a standard DDR3 DIMM target. No soldering needed!
DDR3-1600, DDR3-1333, DDR3-1067 & DDR3-800 supported (PC3-12800/PC3-10600/PC3-8500/PC3-6400).
Memory sockets - Quickly change memory ICs to test different vendor parts or lots.
Matched Trace-Lengths on every signal from the pick-off point to 0.1" (2.54mm).
Oscilloscope NEXVu VDIMM Features
G3PO connection points.
3-ft Coax G3PO to SMA cables (four included).
Trace Models to remove the effects of probing from the captured signals.
See Both Sides of Differential Pairs - Probe either side of differential pairs (including clocks and strobes).
Multiple Probe Points available for DDR3 address signals.
