The NEX-DDRII400BM is a mirrored version of the NEX-DDRII400 that places the DDRII socket and probe footprints on the solder side of the board. Since the NEX-DDRII400 places the DDRII socket and probe footprints on the component side of the adapter, the NEX-DDRII400 and NEX-DDRII400BM can both be used in a target at the same time without mechanical interference. This provides the ability to simultaneously monitor two, adjacent DDRII slots in a design.

The NEX-DDRII400BM allows for acquisition of Address/Command, Read and Write Data of 240-pin, Unbuffered or Registered DDRII 400 (or less) DIMMs. Supports PC2-3200 (DDR2-400).

The NEX-DDRII400BM adapter is an impedance controlled, matched trace-length interposer design and does not require a dedicated slot. The logic analyzer connects above the normal DIMM height so that there is no interference with adjacent DIMMs.

Pre-defined Symbols for easy Trigger Setup for the following Command Cycles: Read Col Address Read, Write Col Address Write, Mode Register Set, Row Address Strobe, No Operation, Ignore Command Data, Burst Stop, Refresh, Precharge, and Precharge Select Bank.

System Requirements

DDRII 400MT/s Read and Write Acquisition Requires
- TLA Application Software V4.2 or later
  - Two, merged, 450MHz state speed acquisition modules (TLA7AA4 or TLA7AB4)
    - Eight P6860 Tektronix logic analyzer compression probes
