NEXVu DDRII DIMM (VDIMM) Product Line
DDRII DIMM support features our innovative NEXVu DDRII design. This family of products are extended, JEDEC standard DDRII DIMMs with logic analyzer probe points
(VDIMMs). This design provides unmatched DDRII signal fidelity that is so close to the signals on the target that many customers use the NEXVu adapter and Tektronix' analog mux to quickly and easily view DDRII signals on an oscilloscope. The high quality DDRII signals on the NEXVu adapters also provides representative signals and therefore representative data eyes for accurate acquisition with a logic analyzer. Interposer DDRII DIMM Product Line
Interposer (extender) boards are also available for DDRII DIMM applications at speeds up to 400MT/s. Leading this product line is the NEX-DDRII400DC interposer with it's straddle-mount connector, and built-in probes which provide excellent signal fidelity in a small package.
- DDRII DIMM 400MT/s DC Interposer
- An DDRII interposer that allows for the acquisition of DDRII read and write DDRII data at speeds up to 400MT/s. Build in cables bring the DDRII signals directly to the logic analyzer and require no logic analyzer probes. This product is ideal for customers with restricted mechanical clearance on their target due to the straddle mount DDRII connector and a thin & short passive interposer.
- DDRII DIMM 400MT/s Interposer
- An DDRII interposer that allows for the acquisition of DDRII read and write DDRII data at speeds up to 400MT/s. P6860 probes are required.
- DDRII DIMM 400MT/s Interposer - Mirrored
- A mirrored version of the 400MT/s interposer with probe connection points on the reverse side of the board. This allows for probing of adjacent DIMMs simultaneously (when used with the non-mirrored version). P6860 probes are required.
