Products - DDRII SODIMMs
DDRII (DDR2) SODIMM Family of Products
New! DDRII Protocol Violation software available with these products.
SODIMM DDRII targets are often difficult to probe with a logic analyzer due to the restricted mechanical clearance around the SODIMM connector(s). Nexus Technology pioneered a Rigid/Flex/Rigid design that not only fits in a large variety of mechanically tight targets but also provides excellent signal fidelity. This design is standard for all our SODIMM products.
DDRII SODIMM hardware adapters are available in two forms: NEXVu SODIMMs or passive interposer (extender) boards. Please see the following sections for detailed information.
For detailed information, including hardware requirements, mechanical outlines and specific product information, please see the specific product pages.
NEXVu DDRII SODIMM Product Line
DDRII SODIMM support features our innovative NEXVu DDRII design. This family of products are extended, flexible, JEDEC standard DDRII SODIMMs with logic analyzer probe points. This design provides unmatched DDRII signal fidelity that is so close to the signals on the target that many customers use the NEXVu adapter and Tektronix' analog mux to quickly and easily view DDRII signals on an oscilloscope. The high quality DDRII signals on the NEXVu adapters also provides representative signals and therefore representative data eyes for accurate acquisition with a logic analyzer. More information on NEXVu signal fidelity can be found in the
NEXVu - Setup / Acquisition / Analysis application note. NEXVu SODIMMs are for DDRII speeds up to 800MT/s
