PC133, 168-pin SDRAM DIMM Interposer
The NEX-SDIMMPC133 Adapter provides clocking, setup, symbolic display of information, and a quick convenient connection to the PC133, 168 pin DIMM bus. It is designed as an extender card for the DIMM under test and is impedance matched.
No added buffers to conceal system performance.
Impedance controlled design.
2 GHz Timing analysis available on all PC133 signals.
Correlation with data from other acquisition modules.
Simultaneous state and timing on every channel of the TLA.
System Requirements
- PC133 Requires
- TLA Application Software V3.2 or later
- One, 200MHz state speed acquisition module (TLA7L/M/N/P or Q)
- TLA Application Software V3.2 or later
Alternate configurations supported by this product allow for the acquisition of data at speeds less than 100MHz and removes the 200MHz state speed module requirement. More information can be found in the manual.
