Flexible, PC100, 168-pin SDRAM DIMM Interposer

The NEX-SDIMMFLEX168 Adapter provides clocking, setup, symbolic display of information, and a quick convenient connection to the 168 pin DIMM bus. It is designed as an extender card for the DIMM under test. The Rigid/Flex/Rigid design allows the adapter to be bent to fit into mechanically tight systems. It has been verified to work in PC100 systems.

No added buffers to conceal system performance.

Impedance controlled design.

2 GHz Timing analysis available on every channel.

Correlation with data from other acquisition modules.

Simultaneous state and timing on every channel of the TLA.

• TLA Application Software V3.2 or later
  • One acquisition module (TLA7L/M/N/P or Q)
