NEX-SODIMM
SODIMM Interposer
The NEX-SODIMM adapter is an extender design and does not require a dedicated SODIMM slot. It provides a quick and easy connection to interface a TLA600 or TLA 600 logic analyzer to a 144-pin, SDRAM SODIMM. Connections are made through P6434 high-density probes. P6860 probes can also be used to minimize the size of the adapter board and reduce trace length and signal loading (requires Tektronix Mictor-on-PCB to compression adapters).
The adapter is a rigid/flex/rigid design, allowing connection to an SODIMM socket with little mechanical clearance.
The flex portion of the adapter should not be bent beyond 90 degrees.
No added buffers to conceal system performance.
Impedance controlled design.
2 GHz Timing analysis available on every channel.
Correlation with data from other acquisition modules.
Simultaneous state and timing on every channel of the TLA.
System Requirements
- SODIMM 133MHz Requires
- TLA Application Software V3.2 or later
- One, 200MHz state speed acquisition module (TLA7L/M/N/P or Q)
- TLA Application Software V3.2 or later
Alternate configurations supported by this product allow for the acquisition of data at speeds less than 100MHz and removes the 200MHz state speed module requirement. More information can be found in the manual.
