Overview

The NEX-PRBxxx probes are high speed, passive logic analyzer probes designed to fit in mechanically tight applications. Connection to the target are made at a right angle, greatly reducing the probe vertical keep-out relative to other logic analyzer probes. These probes require the placement of a probe input termination resistor on the target.

HCD Passive Logic Analyzer Probes

The HCD passive logic analyzer probes (NEX-PRBx-XL) provides a connectorless, low profile, and passive interface to a target for parallel acquisition up to 1,333MT/s. The following probes are available:

These probes come with all the hardware necessary to connect to the target footprint. For illustration, the following images show the application of the NEX-PRB1-XL probe for use with the logic analyzer component interposer.
