DDR (DDR1) DIMM (Unbuffered UDIMM or Registered RDIMM) Family of Products

184-pin, 2.5V, DDR SDRAM DIMM support for Tektronix logic analyzers can acquire DDR Read and Write data at speeds ranging from DDR 200MT/s to DDR 400MT/s. Supporting PC-1600/PC-2100/PC-2700/PC-3200 (DDR-200, DDR-266, DDR-333, DDR-400).

DDR-400 Support

Supporting PC1600/PC2100/PC2700/PC3200, DDR-400 support comes with an interposer and analysis software capable of acquiring state (synchronous) data at a maximum DDR data rate of 400MT/s.

8GHz Timing Analysis is standard on every DDR channel.

Support is available using either a standard or mirrored interposer. Using both a standard and mirrored interposer in a target at the same time allows simultaneous acquisition of two, adjacent, DDR slots.

NEX-DDRHS: Standard DDR-400 (or less) interposer and analysis software.
NEX-DDRHSM: Mirrored DDR-400 (or less) interposer and analysis software.

DDR-266 Support

Supporting PC1600/PC2100, DDR-266 support is available for customers using the Tektronix TLA7L/M/N/P or Q modules and P6434 (mictor) probes. Each support comes with an interposer and analysis software capable of acquiring state (synchronous) data at a maximum DDR data rate of 266MT/s.

2GHz timing analysis is standard on every DDR channel.

NEX-DDR266RW: Standard DDR-266 (or less) interposer and analysis software.
NEX-DDR266RWM: Mirrored DDR-266 (or less) interposer and analysis software.

DDR-200 Support

Supporting PC1600, DDR-200 support is available for customers using the Tektronix TLA7L/M/N/P or Q modules and P6434 (mictor) probes. Each support comes with an interposer and analysis software capable of acquiring state (synchronous) data at a maximum DDR data rate of 200MT/s.
